BONDER'S BLEND

Our Bonder’s Blend is a superb, high-malt marriage of four hand-selected whiskeys, finished in purposefully selected casks to bring out the best in each individual spirit.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

A blend of spicy notes accompanied by buttery, coconut, and clove undertones.

TASTE

A delightful sweetness with nutty hints, featuring crème brûlée and a woody finish of vanilla and fudge.

LINGER

A warm and creamy texture that lingers, complemented by a subtle hint of dried fruits.

VINTAGE GRAIN

A meticulously hand-selected single grain casked in American oak bourbon barrels for at least eight years. This is a truly unique Irish whiskey expression.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

Vanilla, oak fudge, and caramel notes.

TASTE

Charming sweetness Taste smooth vanilla, with a subtle hint of spice.

LINGER

Long, gentle and gaining in warmth.

ENDEAVOuR

Endeavour is a non-aged statement single malt Irish whiskey. A marriage of virgin oak, Oloroso sherry and imperial stout casks with subtle hints of peat.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

Vanilla sweetness with Earl Grey tea, dried dark fruit and a wisp of warm tar.

TASTE

Sweet toffee, chocolate and dried fruits sit with oak and walnuts with a peated undercurrent throughout.

LINGER

A long finish of lingering tannins and peat with some black pepper spice.

FORTITUDE

A triple distilled single malt which has been matured exclusively in sherry casks. A true testament to Henry Egan.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

Heavy red sherry, honey, raisins, and a hint of marzipan.

TASTE

Full of complexity, strong influence of sherry, mixed fruit, raisins and sultanas.

LINGER

Satisfyingly long, the complex flavours linger on the palate.

CONVICTION

A decadent blend of single malt and single grain IrIsh whiskey, each aged for no less than 10 years, married together and finished in XO Cognac casks.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

Floral grains, honey and dried apricot before revealing a hint of vanilla.

TASTE

Light wafers, new leather, sultanas and almond. Touches of ginger-infused chocolate, and zesty fruits.

LINGER

Long and gentle, with ginger re-emerging alongside lemon zest and a hint of liquorice on the finish.

LIMITED RELEASE

The final release in the Legacy Reserve series is an 18-year-old Irish single malt which has been matured in American bourbon barrels and finished in Moscatel de Valencia casks.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

Burnt orange, nougat and jasmine.

TASTE

Apricots and honeysuckle.

LINGER

Long finish with a hint of black pepper.
