2. CASKS
The Egan’s Master Bonder has developed a deep understanding of the impact of wood on distillate and hand-selects each cask for every whiskey to achieve the perfect end result.
Our casks are used for both maturation and finishing, and we work only with the finest suppliers to ensure quality that does justice to our distillate. Bolstered by a heritage spanning generations, our extensive network helps source casks that surpass even the loftiest standards.
3. AGEING
Leaving Father Time to work his magic, and the angels to take their share.
Through intuition and experience, our Master Bonder knows exactly how long the distillate needs in each chosen cask to achieve the perfect result.
